Lüfter des iMacs dreht immer wieder voll hoch

Hallo und wunderschönen guten Abend.  Leider ist es für mich schwer rauszuhören was du schon alles unternommen hast von dem was du im Internet gelesen hast. Ich würde dir gerne mal ein paar Tipps geben wovon ich hoffe du hast sie noch nicht getestet

1. Erstelle einen neuen Benutzer und schaue mal nach ob die Probleme auftreten 
2. Offe dir mal dir mal die Konsole aus den Dienstprogrammen von OS X und schaue die mal im Reiter " Systemdiagnosen " die Einträge an.( Spotlight Suche verwenden ). Die Konsole kann man bestens mit einem Flugschreiber vergleichen der im Hintergrund alle wichtigen Systeminformationen aufzeichnet. Ein guter Tipp notiere dir die Uhrzeit und das Datum was es vorgekommen ist den die Anzeige in der Konsole ist nach Uhrzeit und Datum sortiert. 
3. Starte deinen Mac neu und halte die Tasten CMD und D gedrückt und führe mal eine Diagnose durch.
4. Wenn alles nichts hilft besuche mal die Genius Bar in einem Apple Store in deiner Nähe. Bitte nicht vergessen ein Backup zu erstellen

Bei meinem iMac dreht der Lüfter manchmal voll auf. Der Kernal.task dreht auf 200% oder mehr auf. Leider ist es nicht regelmaessig. 

  Die entscheidende Frage ist, was bedeutet „manchmal“?   Ich denke, „manchmal“ kann völlig normal sein, v.a. nach System-Updates, wo es oft in Verbindung mit dem Spotlight-indizierungs-Prozess (mds) auftritt.   Wenn es mehrmals täglich passiert – auch noch längere Zeit nach einem Update – kann es evtl. hilfreich sein, die Caches zurückzusetzen. Das geht am einfachsten, indem du einen sogenannten Systemstart im gesicherten Modus durchführst und anschließend nochmals normal neustartest. (Es kann sein, dass es kurzfristig dadurch schlimmer wird, also nicht ausflippen ;)   Auch mal die anderen beiden anderen Standard-Erste-Hilfe-Maßnahmen probieren: SMC-Reset und NVRAM-Reset.   –Tom

Leider bei beiden Varianten keinen Erfolg. Kann ich irgendwie feststellen, ob es eine Hardware Komponente vielleicht ist? Das Netzteil ggfs selbst?  

Nachdem laut deiner Aussage das Lüfterverhalten in Zusammenhang steht mit dem 200% CPU benutzenden kernel_task, kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass es die Hardware ist.   Außer der Lüfter läuft auch auf Hochtouren selbst wenn die CPU (oder GPU) nicht belastet wird.   –Tom

ich bin es leid, habe mit Apple gesprochen und muss den Rechner wohl zur Reparatur mal bringen. Ich werde das dokumentieren und über Erfshrungen mit Apple Support, Service-Partner und letztlich auch Problemlösung in einem Artikel oder Art "Tagebuch" festhalten. Es gibt News, wen es interessiert ... Schau mal in meinem Artikel rein, dort dokumntiere ich es ja .... und das Ergebnis ist alles andere als schön und irgend wie empfinde ich es als "Witz" ... hm 

Welche Erfahrung habt ihr mit dem Apple Support? Welche eMail Adresse nutzt ihr, die support@apple..com oder .de? no reaktion bisher   

Ich muss sagen, ich habe den Apple Support erst einmal beansprucht. (Vor ca. 10 Jahren, vorzeitig defekter MacBook-Akku, der dann problemlos auf dem Postweg getauscht wurde.)   Heute wende ich mich bei Hardware-Problemen an meinen lokalen Apple Service Provider, und bring dem die Kiste vorbei, oder er kommt ins Haus.   Bei Apple-Software-Problemen (wenn es sich tatsächlich um einen Bug handelt) setze ich einen Bugreport ab (falls ich nicht zu faul bin…). Dieser wird zwar meist ziemlich schnell als Duplicate markiert, aber angeblich soll das helfen, das Fix zu beschleunigen.   –Tom
